Nearly half of the
UK's carbon dioxide emissions come from energy we use on a

too evident, winters are becoming milder and rainfall patterns

The UK Government has committed to reducing carbon dioxide
emissions by 20 per cent by 2010 and eventually seeks a 60%
reduction in emissions by 2050. There are a number of initiatives
that have been set up to help meet this reduction, these include
the Energy Efficiency Commitment and, the Climate Change levy,
amongst others.
